“My experience from the worlds of design and holistic wellbeing are woven together in unique offerings that assist you on your journey to a more balanced, beautiful and sustainable way of living.”
My name is Emeli Ericsson. I am a professional designer, certified life coach, meditation guide, writer, and podcast host based in Stockholm, Sweden.
From an early age, I have been fascinated by the power of journaling as a tool for inner listening, self-connection, and creative expression. Together with meditation, writing has been a central part of my own practice for mental wellbeing, presence, and heart-led living.
Since 2016, I have shared these practices through guided meditations, workshops, and written work. I currently guide hundreds of meditators each month on the global platform Insight Timer, where I combine yoga nidra, poetic visualization, and self-inquiry to support balance, self-leadership, and emotional wellbeing. I also tend to a growing community on Instagram, sharing inspiration and practical tools for conscious living.
My work is informed by a background in conscious design, holistic coaching, and meditation, as well as my training as a certified Reiki practitioner, giving me a grounded awareness of stress-related issues and holistic health.
Alongside my teaching and guiding work, I write on design and conscious living. My articles have been published on MindBodyGreen, and I am a contributing author in the Swedish anthology Mirakelkur för Sälen – Gröna Boken, published by Siljans Måsar.
My writing weaves together reflective journaling, embodied practice, intuitive insight, and conscious design, creating spacious, accessible invitations rather than prescriptive frameworks.
CONSCIOUS DESIGN
Growing up I used to study the decor of people’s homes with great curiosity - what made a home feel and look beautiful, harmonious and balanced and what did not? I was mesmerised by the power of colors, materials and spatiality and how these factors seemed to affect my wellbeing. Over the years I fine tuned this inner compass, using it as a work tool paired with knowledge of traditions such as FengShui and Wabi Sabi, a great interest in psychology and philosophy and a deep understanding of the importance of nature and how incorporating natural materials and plants has a positive impact on our wellbeing.
I have now worked for over two decades with interior design and styling, making great use of my aesthetic knowledge and expertise from six years of art and design studies and an MA in graphic design & illustration.
Over the past ten years I have added spiritual guidance crystals and reiki to my areas of expertise - tools that have helped me greatly on my own journey.
A Holistic Approach To Wellbeing
Sustainable design solutions for your home and work environment, meditation and coaching for increased wellbeing and, separately or together.
My work is based on a respect for the environment, a deep understanding of the importance of beauty and balance and a genuine interest in my clients’ needs, paired with a strong belief that our home environment affects our wellbeing and vice versa.
Furthermore we need to look at more sustainable solutions for living and care for our planet’s resources while tending to our own.
A Conscious Space is all about a more balanced way of living - in tune with ourselves and nature.
